For licensed glaziers
Broken glass cannot wait.
Be the one they ring.
Nobody leaves a house open overnight. They grab the first glazier Google shows them and book whoever answers. We own that spot across a whole area and wire it to one mobile. Late night board ups, insurance jobs, shower screens, smashed shopfronts. All of it, to you.
One Tuesday on the area phone
The property manager
A tenant put a pane through overnight. She needs it boarded before the open home. She rang you because you came up first.
The insurance job
Hail cracked a sliding door. Claim already approved, measure booked for Thursday. Paid at your rate, no arguing over price.
The renovation quote
Frameless shower screen and a splashback, measured in fifteen minutes. Nobody else is quoting it, so you price it properly.
The shopfront
A bakery window is all over the footpath and they cannot lock up. You answer at that hour. That is why the street knows your name.
Nobody races you to the phone
A lead seller takes one smashed window and rings four glaziers with it. Three of you pay for nothing. Our area number reaches one mobile. Pick it up and the job is already yours to lose.
A hail week costs you nothing extra
The rent is one flat number, whether the area sends twelve jobs or fifty. Every extra callout makes it cheaper. No fee per lead, and no ugly invoice after a big storm.
We have to earn it every month
You pay by the month and you can stop at the end of any of them. Quiet area, no more rent, no argument. That keeps the pressure on us to keep the phone busy.
Our side of the deal
Do not take our word for any of it.
A marketing bloke has promised you the world before. So run the area for a month and count what actually rings. The tally settles it.
The first month is on us
Hold the whole area for 30 days and pay nothing. Answer the calls, cut the glass, keep every dollar. Hand it back at the end and you are square with us.
Nothing to sign
No term, no minimum, no fine print past the month you are sitting in. If the calls dry up, we lose the rent. That is the right way round.
One email ends it
Send it and you finish up at the end of the month. No fee, no hoops, nobody phoning to talk you round. The customers you won stay yours.
Open areas
Every site listed here is already up, already ranking, already taking calls. The numbers are counted enquiries from the last 30 days, straight out of our system. Nothing is modelled and nothing is rounded up. You rent what you see.
Nothing open at the minute. One glazier holds an area and they tend to hold it for a long while. Have a look again soon, or put your name down when a waitlist spot shows up here.
The other ways to buy work
Lead sellers
One broken window gets sold to you and three other blokes. You all ring back, one gets the job, everybody pays. Your busiest weeks cost the most.
SEO agencies
Two grand a month is a normal starting price, and that is before a thing ranks. Results show up next year, if they show up. You fund the experiment either way.
Google Ads
Every click is charged, including the bloke ringing four places for a price. Switch the budget off and the calls stop the same afternoon.
Renting an area here
The sites rank today and the phone rings today. Month one costs nothing, the rent never moves, and you can hand the area back whenever it stops paying. We wear it if it does not work.
How it works
- 1
We build the sites
One site per suburb across the area, written for what people actually type when something is broken and open to the weather.
- 2
You take the area
Send through your ABN, licence and insurance. Once you are approved, every enquiry in that patch points at you and only you.
- 3
The phone starts
Calls ring your mobile and tell you the suburb before you say hello. Online enquiries land the second they are sent. Anything you miss is recorded and saved.
- 4
You cut the glass
Measure it, fit it, invoice it. Your name on the job, your customer, your money. All we do is keep the phone busy.
Straight answers
- What does an area cost?
- One flat rent a month, set by how much work that area actually turns out. The figures on every area page are counted enquiries, not guesses. Month one is free, so you will have tallied the calls yourself before a dollar moves.
- Am I sharing these calls with anyone?
- Never. One glazier holds an area. The number sitting on every suburb site in that patch rings your mobile and rings nowhere else. Nothing gets sold twice.
- Why hand over a free month?
- Because arguing about lead quality wastes both our time. Take the area, work it for 30 days, count what came in. Keep it or give it back, no charge either way. One free month per business, per area.
- Do I have to sign anything?
- No. It runs month by month and one email ends it at the end of that month. Nothing to pay for leaving and nobody ringing to talk you round. The area simply goes back up on this page.
- Who gets approved?
- Glaziers with a valid ABN, the right licence and current insurance. A person reads every application, not a form. Our name sits behind these sites, so we are fussy about who answers the phone.
- Some of that work is not my thing. Then what?
- Say so on your application and we send those enquiries elsewhere. Nobody wants a 2am call for a job they do not touch.
- My area is already taken. What now?
- Get on the waitlist. It costs nothing and asks for no card. Spots go out in the order people joined, and whoever is first gets 48 hours to put a card on file before it moves down the list.
- What do I keep if I hand the area back?
- Every customer you won, for good. The jobs, the repeat work, the builders and agents who now have your number. The sites and the area number stay put for whoever rents next. That is what keeps the rent flat.
Someone will hold your area.
It may as well be you.
Once an area goes, it comes off this page and often stays off for years. Month one is free. The only thing it can cost you is watching another glazier answer those calls.
